I placed an order to be delivered to a friend in Shanghai while I was in the U.S. I made a mistake on my order info and the mobile site would not allow me to make the necessary changes. I had to let her know that I had placed the order and give her the information so she could contact them to make the necessary change to be able to receive the order. Surprise was ruined. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
