Very happy customer! I ordered the flowers from this company to be delivered to my mum who lives in China on Mother’s Day. My mum received the flowers in the morning on that special day. Thanks! This is my first time using them, now I am sure that I will use them again. Definitely recommended!

This is the 7th time ive placed an order with this company. Until this order my items were delivered on time and have been of very good quality. I've ordered many flowers, cake, stuffed animals, etc. This order was 2 items I was sending to my daughter for her birthday. Some of the items ask that you order 2 days in advance. I placed my order 4 days in advance to ensure they arrive on the specific day I requested. Only 1 item was delivered. I sent an email to customer service asking about the missing items. Within a few minutes I received an email telling me my order was delivered. I responded to that email once again stating I didn't receive all the items I ordered. A few hours later I received an email saying they were sending out the remainder of my order. While I appreciate them correcting the order. I have no idea when it will actually arrive. In addition I had to place a late order with another company at additional cost to ensure my daughter received a gift on her actual birthday.

Very quick very easy, definitely happy. Great service especially with PayPal! I will be making future purchases with China flowers
