The flowers arrived 1.5 hours later than the time I requested. I paid an additional $10 to have this timing. I hope in future when I ordered the flowers to be delivered at a specific time, I would expect prompt delivery. Nevertheless, the recipient was happy with the flowers.

Even when I made my order at around 5 pm in the evening Sydney Time, the flowers and gifts were delivered to my girlfriend the same day in Changchun. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
