The bouquet was lovely, however it was left outside next to a delivery box. I mentioned those are to be delivered at the 9th floor reception but that was not considered. Next time please follow the instructions clearly. Thank you

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
