ordered flowers to be sent to Xi An the night before Valentine's Day 2016. Got a receipt and everything. Online customer service claims the flowers will be sent by Vday. It's already 6pm and still my gf hasn't gotten any flowers. Customer service hotline is uncontactable, online live chat has zero response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I can’t stop telling everyone how great this company is. Not only did they send beautiful flowers, AND a cake to my friend in Jilin, but they did it in about 4 hours! This company represents all that is great about a global economy. I’m located in California. Normaly it would take weeks to send a gift to my friend. And it might get stopped by customs (has happened). So this was perfect! And they have paypal! It was so easy. And they communicated with me quickly to resolve a problem. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
