I'm an American and speak no Chinese. The address and instructions I sent are in English and Chinese. I was not sure if I had enough information in English or Chinese to deliver the flowers to the correct address. The flowers arrived 1.5 hours later than the time I requested. I paid an additional $10 to have this timing. I hope in future when I ordered the flowers to be delivered at a specific time, I would expect prompt delivery. Nevertheless, the recipient was happy with the flowers.

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
