This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. I've used china flower214 about 6 times now they have always been prompt and inexpensive. My wife delights in getting the flowers that I send her monthly, although the delivery was 2 days late on valentines day and I asked for a morning delivery on the latest purchase but it wasn't delivered until 3 pm. I guess that's not too bad. It would probably still be in transit if I was using an Australian florest. Overall, I'm very happy, and so is my wife, which is the most important thing.
