Ordered from Europe at night before sleep, when waking up I already received the happy photos of the receiver! Great service, quality of flowers looks great! It was for Valentines Day, hence the shop charged a steep mark-up (around 50%), but might be a common thing in China I guess. Not too happy about that, would have preferred to order a larger flower set for the budget. But from perspective of quality and reliability, this service lived up to my expectations (or even exceeded it in terms of speed of delivery). Any time again - preferably not during major "flower days", which then makes the price all reasonable.
I ordered a flower and a cake for my mother's birthday in the morning and they were delivered in the afternoon，the same day! This was our first experience with this company. We ordered a Birthday cake from US to be delivered to mainland China and got charged via PayPal right away. When we sent an email to their customer service at service@chinaflower214.com and sale@chinaflower214.com to update a deliver date and asked for a reply to confirm the receipt of our request, no response! We called their hotline 020 3696 2293 many times, no answer! We tried to communicate with them via their Live Chat, no response either! Never ever use this company again!!

This was my first time using ChinaFlower214. I placed the order on the morning of Mother's Day, thinking it would be too late for the flowers to be delivered on time.
