I have had hotel address in mainland China, guest name and her number. Roses was delivered within 4 hours after I paid, to a room of a recipient person. Per my recipient, the delivery person called ahead of time to ensure she would be home (nice touch). She sent me a photo of the flowers and they looked perfect.
