The roses were not beautiful this time, I ordered peach colour, but they were all different shades and some of them were fresh and some of them were not. First of all delivery was late for more than an hour, what for did I payed 10$???? The most surprising thing is that your note looks so pathetic, just a peace of paper with my text written by somebody by hand in ugly way with mistakes, not even printed, you made me look like a fool! Is that normal for your company?
I was nervous because I have never sent flowers to someone in China before. But this was easy. The website is easy to navigate, a large selection to choose from and reasonable prices.
