Order was received as scheduled. Flowers were good. Deluxe package was chosen but actual packaging is not. Gave this feedback and they sent in a refund immediately.

I am rather disappointed that the blue balloon was used. The fact, is the overall was really ugly and that it differs so much from the photo. Totally not what I would have wanted to pay for.
