I ordered 39 red roses for my husband's birthday. All my previous flower delivery experiences with other deliveries were unsatisfactory, so I was wondering if it would work this time with a new service. To my surprise there is not a single thing that I could complain about. The roses were fresh and gorgeous. The bouquet looked exactly the way you said on the website and the delivery time was exact. Ordered cake and flowers for my girlfriend and I emailed to request that it be kept a surprise as long as possible. However, when the deliveryman arrived at her place and she was not there, he called and told her that there was a cake and flower delivery for her from me. It would have been better if he had told her there was a delivery and not tell her what it was or who it was from unless she requested. The deliveryman's attitude was also rude as he appeared frustrated to have to deliver to a different address. The flowers were very beautiful, but the cake was the incorrect cake. I ordered a black forest, but the cake was not a black forest, nor did it resemble the pictures on the website. I'm disappointed because black forest is my girlfriend's favourite type of cake and she didn't enjoy the cake that was delivered. If you could re-send the correct cake or provide a refund for the cake that would be appreciated.

Some of the roses were brown when they were delivered. They were in such bad shape that the delivery driver called the recipient to let her know that he picked up the flowers in this condition and they were not damaged during delivery. I understand that the flowers were delivered on 5/20 Valentines Day and demand is very high. But I also paid extra to have the delivered on this day. So, the expectation is the flower company would provide healthy flowers.
