I ordered the roses with a vase and i chose deluxe, I thought the flower would come up extradinary beautiful with green background. However it is quite disappointing. One remarks, if you choose vase, do not go for deluxe, there is no extra wrapping. Well, my parents are happy to receive the flowers,that is good.

Delivered on time , but some of the flowers were not as fresh and wilted a bit. It's also packed too tight so the appearance is not good.

The company provided email follow-ups to keep me informed, and the tracking system was good. Delivery was in the middle of the requested time slot: perfect ! Judging by photos sent by the recipient, the flowers are fresh and beautiful. My only concern is that the mix of flowers was supposed to be 12 roses and 6 lilies. Photos seem to show more lilies than roses. The arrangement is lovely, but I am a little concerned about so many lilies as the delivery was to a hospital room with the recipient's father very ill. Overall, I am very pleased with the service and will order again with China Flower214 in the future.
