I'm an American and speak no Chinese. The address and instructions I sent are in English and Chinese. I was not sure if I had enough information in English or Chinese to deliver the flowers to the correct address. I order a bear and flower and chocolate they delivered bad quality of flower without the bear and chocolate when we call to ask for the gift according to the receipt they didnt answer and they only answer when the delivery man call them and after a discussion they come back with the bear and wrong chocolate and we had to call again to get the chocolate They refused to recompensate me for destroying my valentine surprise I dont advice any one to work with them
