This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. This was an awesome service. Last minute with Valentines's day and New Year-- from my desk in the USA-flowers delivered in China!!! I got the most beautiful flowers delivered the day I ordered them. The looked exactly as pictured, were very fresh and even came with cards/ for my note inside. I would highly recommend this service and wish I could use them in the USA!
