There was a little hiccup in between and I contacted the online support twice. The first time was fantastic, I got things sorted out real quick. However, second time, I couldn't get anyone online for quite a fair amount of time. In the end, I had to get someone in China to sort the matter out via phone call. The website can be improved a little more for better shopping experience. Thanks.
In the description, it says "11 red roses free with two small bears". However, only one small bear is received.

I ordered for first time. Before i purchased a flowers i talked via Online Support to confirm that they can deliver flowers to a guest in a hotel. I have had hotel address in mainland China, guest name and her number. Roses was delivered within 4 hours after I paid, to a room of a recipient person.
