I ordered some flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend which both were really expansive (in the end even more than it was stated) and ordered in time delivery for extra 10 dollars so it would be delivered at 9am. It got delivered at 1pm and before that they called like a hundred times and were really annoying. I also had problems the last time so I would not recommend to buy anything here.

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. I explained the situation and asked for patience. ChinaFlower214 followed up and made the delivery. This is a wonderful service, internationally aware, providing outstanding care and attention. ChinaFlowers214 has been my preferred choice for flowers in China. I was a little disappointed about the substantial price increase for Valentines holiday delivery but aside from that they deliver on time and the quality of their flowers is always excellent. John

My first time using China Flower214 and I can say they were prompt and wonderful! I put my order in during the day here in the USA and first thing in the morning (China time) my sweetheart's flowers were on their way and received around noon. I was worried the bouquet might be small but I was pleasantly surprised it was very large size and even more beautiful than in the picture!!
