This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
