This is my second time using Chinalove214 and it would be my last. First of all, I was very disappointed when I found out that there was no card with sender’s Name attached to the delivery and also there were only 11 roses, instead of 12. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
