Everything was fine delivery was prompt but my step daughter who took the delivery said that the delivery man was not very nice or polite which she found upsetting.

Only 9 Rose's, an extra Lily and green leaves This is not what is specified in your website. So whilstbmy wife was pleased that I had sent her flowers. The dozen red Rose's were 25% missing!
