I ordered Valentine flowers for my girlfriend who was visiting in Beijing, flowers arrived on time, looked just like the picture, roses were of great quality, however the bouquet was supposed to have 36 roses, but there were only 32. Understandably a slight oversight on a busy day, but I mentioned it to the website. Next day, the missing roses and extra, arrived as an additional bouquet. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
