First of all delivery was late for more than an hour, what for did I payed 10$???? The most surprising thing is that your note looks so pathetic, just a peace of paper with my text written by somebody by hand in ugly way with mistakes, not even printed, you made me look like a fool! Is that normal for your company?

I have been using this site sending flower and cakes/gifts to China for many years. They always deliver on time with great quality. There is one time my family in China wasn’t at the address when the flower was delivered. The delivery person made a special trip to ensure they receive the flowers. For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind:
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
