I was very impressed with the wonderful service and attention I was given, the flowers were delivered in a timely manner inspite of the fact that my fian'ce had her phone turned off while at work. I was notified however of the problem and left email messages for her asking her to call chinaflower.com as soon as she could. She received the flowers, they were beautiful and so was the vase that came with the flowers. I certainly will be doing business with you in the future. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
