I was disappointed, the flowers I asked for never come to be delivered. They sent other flowers which is fine but not what I wanted. If some flowers are out of season they should be taken down. My opinion. Wazza

I have placed two orders and both were delivered in a very timely manner and the flowers were well chosen and in good condition. I highly recommend CityFlower214 I also want to say that I had an issue with my account and contacted LiveChat. I was really surprised and impressed with the customer support person that I chatted with. I don't know if she was Chinese or another nationality, but her English was "native" and her comprehension of my problem and the speed with which she corrected it were impressive. Was expecting light blue roses with a fresh green motif (as shown in the picture). Instead we got depressing dark blue *painted* roses with dark green leaves. Also, strangely glittery for some reason. :-( We reached out to the flower shop and they said that's what the website asked for. I have been unable to get support from the website via the "live chat" option, and the website phone number doesn't work either.
