My girlfriend very much like lilies, but unfortunately today is no lilies available for gift, so ChinaFlower214 company kindly notify me about this and advised change them to roses. I had ordered last year from ChinaFlower214 and it was wonderful. This time the flowers were wilted and the delivery person apologized profusely for the poor condition. There were much smaller number of roses and NO deluxe packing as I ordered. I am very disappointed but at least the flowers arrived at 8 pm on Mothers Day. May be too many orders for Mothers Day.

The delivery was made in time. However, the following problems were found: 1. The 12 pink roses ordered WERE NOT included in the delivery 2. The vase is very small (such small vase should NOT be so expensive 3. Brocken flowers were included (at least 6-10 of them have no stem at all) We are so disappointed for your service. Please make correction or refunds as soon as possible.

You haven’t diliver the Teddy and the note also. Even you haven’t called the recipient before dilivery. dilivery has done one day delay which is 08/07/2023

We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
Remind:
The price has included the delivery fee in city. If the recipient isn't in city, more US$5~20 will be needed as delivery fee.
We support same day delivery in most place. In non-holiday you can order the delivery time. We can deliver to the recipient as quickly as in three hours.In holiday and festival we only can guarantee delivery in the day.
