My soul mate received her cake and flowers which brought such a joyous smile on her face. More than fantastic delivery. Ordering was easy and no complications. Delivery was on time.However, went I received the photos from the receiver, I noticed the chocolate in the order was Dove brand and not Ferroro Rocher as in the order. I have written to China Flower214 and at this stage I am still waiting for a response. The right thing to do is to send the correct chocolate today and apologise for the mistake.

This is the second time I have used China Flower214. I am in the USA, with friends in China. I do not speak Chinese. The web site is in English, and very well done. But most important is the customer service. My most recent order arrived before my friend landed in China. ChinaFlower214 reported they could not deliver because the Chinese phone was not active.
