Hello ChinaFlower214 Sales Team, Subject: Order No.: 2109120546356 to make things short, the flowers delivered very bad Quality. It was a big disappointment and my suggestion to ChinaFlower214 would be to change the flower shop vendor. The recipient Madam Wang Li Fen urged me, not to send flowers again. Personally I can not say if there would be a next time but I certainly will reconsider and influence my future action. The service around the order was good and the communication was also good. My first time using China Flower214 and I can say they were prompt and wonderful! I put my order in during the day here in the USA and first thing in the morning (China time) my sweetheart's flowers were on their way and received around noon. I was worried the bouquet might be small but I was pleasantly surprised it was very large size and even more beautiful than in the picture!! Such a great site to order flowers from. Attention to detail and contact from start to finish was impressive. The flowers that arrived were lovely, my niece was really happy to receive such a lovely bouquet. She sent me a photo and I was very impressed.
