I ordered some flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend which both were really expansive (in the end even more than it was stated) and ordered in time delivery for extra 10 dollars so it would be delivered at 9am. It got delivered at 1pm and before that they called like a hundred times and were really annoying. I also had problems the last time so I would not recommend to buy anything here.

I'm an American and speak no Chinese. The address and instructions I sent are in English and Chinese. I was not sure if I had enough information in English or Chinese to deliver the flowers to the correct address. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
