It is hard living half a world away from my son and his wife. It brings us such peace to know we can connect with them by sending them flowers on special occasions and China Flower 214 has always done a wonderful job. Most recently I had forgotten to update my son's new address. When no one was home they called him and he was unable to answer. They then went above and beyond and texted him. When he told them of the address change, they re-delivered the flowers to him promptly that same morning! This is a first class operation and we will continue to use them to stay connected to my son. I ordered for first time. Before i purchased a flowers i talked via Online Support to confirm that they can deliver flowers to a guest in a hotel. I have had hotel address in mainland China, guest name and her number. Roses was delivered within 4 hours after I paid, to a room of a recipient person. Very nice decoration which included my long message. Thank you.

The website was very user friendly, and I liked how everything was 90 percent English and my girlfriend was correct that it made things a lot easier that for the address and the name of the receiver was in Chinese at last 10 percent. (Just made it easer for the shipper to read). So it was a great idea that I was given the information in Chinese. As soon as I purchased what I was looking for, my girlfriend received them two hours later. I know this because she called me at 9pm at night and shew was a very happy lady. So I will go about using this service again, as I liked how direct and efficient was.
