My wife told me there were lilies but there were no red roses... there were supposed to be 12 red roses and 3 lilies and since I did the deluxe package you were supposed to give her more flowers which you did not to....the first I have your company send flowers to my wife in March of 2015 every thing was good, but now this florist that you use in Yantai does not deliver the flowers I want for my wife../..

Dear Service Team, the cake was excellent, the family told me it was delicious. Thanks to the chef cook. The card message was a little misunderstanding, it was not a birthday cake. We guarantee flowers in fresh and service in good quality. If not or we are not able to deliver to the recipient's place we will return 100% money back.
For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
