My wife and I are separated this year for Valentine's Day as she is learning Mandarin in Shanghai so I tried ordering flowers for her from USA. The delivery company was very rude to the recipient. Insisted that they send in the morning when the recipient told them she was having a meeting elsewhere and can only receive in the afternoon. They were very rude. I'm extremely disappointed

For season and area reason if we have to change the main flower we will inquire the customer. If we do not get response in time we will replace with flowers at same meaning and price.
