The roses looked very good when delivered, and I like that the florist sprayed water on them before delivering. However, there was no card included in the package, even though I typed in a message.

Dear Sir/Madam. Many thanks for the beautiful red roses for the Qixi celebration! My friend loves these! They added a few pink roses + 11 red roses, which was a nice touch! However, I would have preferred that they would have added only one pink rose + 11 red roses or an equal number of red and pink roses (11 +11). Dr. Thakker

One of your agent Called the Receiving person 2 Days before the date of Birthday Saying we have a Gift for you . This is not anymore a Surprise Gift. Second I wrote a Birthday message to be Placed with the Gift , This Card Message Was Missing. So ABSOLUTELY NOT HAPPY and I don't know if I ill continuer with you.

My daughter's 7th Birthday was coming and I am in America. I ordered the large heart chocolate cake for my daughter and had special instructions to write on the cake. The cake arrive later than I wanted but still in time for her party. The cake was big and my little girl was excited. she has never had a cake that big. She had big bragging rights to her friends when she told everyone that her American daddy loves her.
