With the error I done and to rectifying over the phone from Sydney,AU to CF214, was an absolute pleasure to do business with. There friendly & helpful approach to amend my error, not only was it fixed but were still able to deliver 3hrs later to a beautiful woman in Shenyang I intend to marry. Needless to say I was happy but most of all my beautiful love of my life was over the moon with her surprise delivered to her office. The flowers were very beautiful and they were very fresh. They smelled real good as well. My friend said that she really loved them and asked where in the world did I get them !!! I told her that I got them from chinaflower214 and she said that she would use them in the Future. The only thing that I would like to request is that in the delivery details order link that you Put the address that they were delivered to as my friend asked them to deliver them to another address. I have just recently started using China flowers 214 to send flowers to my girlfriend in nantong. I love the fact that the quality is very good and that 214 gets the flowers to my sweetheart on time. The flowers that were delivered looked nothing at all like what I paid for. I paid for an arrangement of roses with greens, with a lot of volume, in a vase. What I got was ONLY roses, clumped together in a vase, just barely tall enough to stick out of the vase... and all the same height. NOT what you advertised. Plus, I paid EXTRA for the “deluxe” package, which is supposed to give it more greens, and there were ZERO. It isn’t even the same vase, or ribbon! Plus the delivery driver did NOT follow the instructions I left. He just called the recipient and made her come out to meet him, even though she doesn’t speak Chinese and there were specific instructions on where to leave the flowers. I wish I could post the photos here of what was received.
